THE JOB

Are you passionate about home decor trends, textiles, and patterns? We are looking for an Associate Textile Designer to join our team!

As an Associate Textile Designer, you will work closely with our design team and participate in every step of the design process from product research and designing to seeing them come to life in rug form.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in textile design or an adjacent field
• Field related portfolio
• Interest in home textiles and décor
• Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Nedgraphics Texcelle experience a plus
• Duties + Responsibilities:
• Design production-ready CADs for our company collection and our customers
• Perform scanning, recoloring, and cleaning up of patterns as well as basic revisions (colorway, etc.).
• Work closely with the Product Design Manager to develop and curate customer projects and presentations
• Research marketplace/competitors for inspiration & opportunities in new techniques, new print ideas & new color/color combinations
