Jr Textile Designer - Rugs

Are you a recent graduate with a flair for textiles and a passion for home decor trends? At Balta Rugs, we're seeking a Junior Textile Designer ready to put their skills to work and make their mark on the world of home décor!

Your Mission:

As a Junior Textile Designer, you will immerse yourself in the design process, from initial product research to the final touches on finished collections. Working alongside our experienced Design Team, you'll have the chance to see your designs come to life in stores and online worldwide.

Your Impact:

• Develop production-ready CADs for our company collection and our customer projects
• Scan, recolor, select colors, clean up patterns, and perform basic revisions to bring each design to its full potential
• Collaborate closely with the Product Design Manager to curate customer projects and deliver standout presentations
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching the marketplace and competitors for fresh inspiration, innovative techniques, and enticing color combinations

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or a related field
• Keen interest in Home Textiles and Décor
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with Nedgraphics Texcelle is a plus
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating your abilities and creativity
