At Balta, we aim process orders as quickly as we can. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your Product(s). You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.  Shipping costs are dependent on the Products in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

For less items we do our best to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of an order placement once the funds have cleared your account. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00pm PST (excluding holidays).

The estimated delivery period is 4- 8 business days, depending on the delivery address and number of items.

Wholesale Returns of Unused Product

Balta strives to provide value for our retailers, and by offering true factory direct products, we believe we can achieve that. To keep our costs low for you, we do not offer returns on the product.

If a product arrives damaged, or if there is a legitimate issue with the delivered item, we will of course offer solutions via replacement or a refund. We ask our partners to notify us within 5 business days of delivery, with pictures, your PO number, a brief description of the issue, and other supporting documents through our contact from. We value your business and time and will do our best to resolve any issues as best we can.

Refunds: Once Approved by Returns Department

Once we receive and evaluate your unused items, you will receive a confirmation via email once the returned items are processed. The refund will be made through the same payment method that was initially used for the purchase. The credit will automatically apply to your account within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the return.

30 Day Returns: Consumer Orders Only

We offer our customers 30-day returns on any of our products from the shipping confirmation date of the order. The cost of shipping is not included in returns and will be deducted from your refund amount. Once confirmed, we will send you a return shipping label, and you can drop the item off at a designated FedEx ship point. As with a brick & mortar store, we need the item returned to us in an unused condition. If opened, the original packaging can be re-used for the items being returned. We will only be able to offer a refund if the item passes inspection.

Unfortunately, we can only provide discounted shipping rates on sizes 8x10 or smaller rugs because the carriers do not make it easy to offer this at a value for large rugs. We are more than happy to take the returns over your preferred carrier at your own cost if the rugs are larger than 8x10. The items being returned must arrive in a like-new condition and will be inspected before confirming your refund.
