Shipping Policy

At Balta, we're committed to processing your orders quickly and efficiently. During checkout, you'll select your preferred shipping method, and all associated shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs vary based on the products in your cart and your chosen delivery method.

Please ensure your ship-to address is correct at the time of order placement, as we will be unable to edit it once entered.

Due to our fast processing times, address changes cannot be accommodated after your order is submitted.

We strive to process and ship most orders within 48 hours of placement, once payment has been confirmed. All orders are handled during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (excluding holidays).

Estimated delivery time for ground shipments is 4-8 business days, depending on your location and the number of items ordered.

Return Policy

We want you to love your new rug! If it's not quite right for your space, you can return any product purchased from baltarugs.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Kindly note that a 20% return processing fee applies to each returned item, and you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please Note: Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to those retailers directly.

To qualify for a refund, your rug must be returned in original, sellable condition—free from pet hair, dander, odors, stains, soiling, signs of use, washing, improper care, or any damage.

All returned items are carefully inspected, within 10 days of receipt of return, before refunds are issued. Items that can't be resold won't be eligible for refund and will not be shipped back to you. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

To protect your rug during shipping, please pack it in the original shipping sleeve (if you never unpacked your rug, there's no need to repackage it!). Please remember to cover or remove any old shipping labels from the original packaging.

Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you discover a manufacturing defect upon delivery, Balta will provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you. For minor defects or damage, we may offer a partial refund based on our assessment.

To submit a warranty claim, simply contact us at contact@baltarugs.com within 5 business days of delivery. Kindly provide your name, shipping address, and order number along with clear photos of the issue to help us evaluate your claim.

Please Note: Items purchased from other retailers must have warranty claims filed with those retailers directly. Balta works directly with retailer partners to resolve any manufacturing issues.
